Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our motorbike rental services, you agree to comply with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Tuan Motorbike Rental.

2. Rental Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to rent a motorbike.
  • A valid passport or government-issued ID is required for all rentals.
  • A security deposit is required for all rentals (refundable upon return of the motorbike in its original condition).
  • You must possess a valid driver's license or international driving permit.

3. Rental Conditions

  • The motorbike must be returned in the same condition as when rented, except for normal wear and tear.
  • The renter is responsible for any damage to the motorbike during the rental period.
  • Fuel is not included in the rental price unless specifically stated.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • Helmets are provided with all rentals and must be worn at all times while operating the motorbike.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Subletting or lending the motorbike to third parties.
  • Using the motorbike for illegal activities.
  • Modifying or altering the motorbike in any way.
  • Overloading the motorbike beyond its specified capacity.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Liability and Insurance

The renter assumes all risks associated with the operation of the motorbike. Tuan Motorbike Rental is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of our vehicles. Optional insurance coverage may be available at additional cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled rental start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
